At Sunnystep, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably, whether you’re shopping from Singapore or abroad.

Singapore Orders

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Local Delivery Partners: We work with trusted local couriers to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

 

In-Store Pickup (Selected Products Only):  

If your entire order is available at one retail location, you may be eligible for self-collection.

Currently available at:

  • Bugis

  • Square 2

  • Westgate

  • Pasir Ris Mall

 

Important Notes:

  • Pickup is only available if all items in your cart are in stock at the same location.

  • If eligible, the option will appear on the shipping page after checkout.

  • If you don’t see the pickup option, your items aren’t eligible for self-collection at this time.

 

We’re working to expand pickup options and appreciate your understanding.

 

International Orders

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. Please check the shipping options at checkout to confirm availability in your country.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout and vary based on destination, weight, and delivery method.

  • Processing Time: All international orders are processed within 3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

  • Customs & Duties: Depending on your location, customs or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your parcel’s journey.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate to avoid failed deliveries. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect address submissions.

 

Delays or Issues

If there is any delay with your shipment, our team will contact you with updates and options. While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, external factors (e.g. weather, peak seasons, courier delays) may occasionally cause disruptions.
